Beach Clean-up

We are excited for our next Mosaic event, joining the San Francisco BayKeeper Clean Bay Challenge, to fight pollution in our Bay! Research shows that environmental degradation is linked to international peace and security. In the spirit of CISV, let’s protect our Bay and waterways which connect our Global Ocean.
WHO CAN ATTEND?
This event is open to all CISVers, friends, family, and anyone interested in learning more about CISV! Also a great event for delegations to bond before summer travels.
WHERE’S THE BEACH?
Encinal Beach, 190 Central Ave, Alameda. There is a free parking lot and restrooms.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Bring your own bucket and other cleanup supplies if you have them; work gloves, trash/recycling bags, trash grabbers/tongs. We will also have some cleanup supplies on hand. Please bring water and a snack, wear sunscreen and closed-toed shoes, and CISV attire (if you have it)!
