Building Global Friendships

We are a global community of dedicated volunteers, creating opportunities for all ages to experience the excitement and enrichment of cultural diversity through our educational programs. We are founded on our belief that peace is possible through friendship - and that the real difference can be made by starting with children.

CISV will be holding information meetings on November 5th and 12th regarding our 2018 international programs. If you are considering a CISV program for your child or would like to find out about being an adult leader, we hope to see you at one of these meetings. See calendar below for the details:

In 2018, we will offer international and domestic camp-based programs for youth 11 years of age and up by next summer. This generally translates to a current grade level of 5th grade and up. Adult leaders need to be at least 21 years old by the first day of the program our past leaders have ranged from college students to retirees. If you enjoy working with youth, multicultural experiences and have 3 or 4 weeks available next summer, we hope you consider being an adult leader for one of our international delegations.

Please spread the word to your family, friends, and acquaintances about our information meetings. Can you share it on your children's class or school email lists? How about sharing it on your social networks?

Thanks for helping to spread the word and we hope to see you at one of theĀ informationĀ meetings!
